Multi-Level Quality Control (QC) – Ensuring Reliability When You Import From China
Quality control is one of the most critical parts of importing from China. Even the best factories can produce inconsistent batches without proper monitoring and inspection. That’s why Nexofetch follows a multi-layered QC structure, designed to prevent defects, ensure standards, and protect your brand reputation. Our on-ground inspectors review every stage of production, ensuring your products meet the exact specifications you approved.
We begin with a pre-production inspection (PPI), where our team verifies raw materials, packaging components, mold readiness, ingredient quality, and factory preparedness. This step eliminates risks early—such as factories substituting cheaper materials, using incorrect packaging, or starting production without proper calibration. For categories like skincare, beauty, supplements, electronics accessories, toys, and home goods, a strong PPI ensures that the foundation of product quality is correct before production starts.
Next comes the during-production inspection (DPI), performed when 20–50% of the goods are manufactured. This is where most quality issues are detected—incorrect colors, wrong formulations, uneven stitching, poor labeling, size deviations, leaky packaging, and more. By checking mid-production, Nexofetch prevents large-scale defects and ensures that the factory corrects any issues before the full batch is completed. This drastically reduces waste, rework, and delays for brands that import from China.
As production concludes, we conduct a pre-shipment inspection (PSI). This is a detailed, final inspection covering product quality, packaging accuracy, carton labeling, barcode scanning, weight checks, drop-test compliance, and quantity verification. The goal is simple: ensure that the products being shipped match your approved samples and meet international standards. This step is especially important when importing from China because once goods leave the factory, correcting mistakes becomes expensive and time-consuming.
Finally, we perform random sampling using AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standards. Our inspectors follow global QC protocols—checking a statistically determined sample size based on order quantity. This process ensures unbiased results and reliable quality assessments. You receive a complete photo-video QC report before shipment, giving you total transparency and control over your supply chain. For any brand planning to import from China, Nexofetch’s multi-level QC ensures your products arrive with the quality, consistency, and reliability your customers expect.
